Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrate attentiveness, a well-groomed appearance, initiative, loyalty, and respect for confidentiality and discretion.
- Verify guests’ identification and issue visitor tags.
- Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities within the reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks and ensure a welcoming environment.
