Job Description
Amidada Global Ventures (AGV) Limited is a procurement and service company for the oil and gas industry. AGV Limited is a project delivery company with vast experience in the oil and gas industry.
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Personnel to join our team in Lekki, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Direct office visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Ensure that scheduled meetings are carried out smoothly.
- Manage office supplies inventory efficiently.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance by contacting technicians promptly.
- Maintain visitor and colleague logbook.
- Update and manage asset records accurately.
- Oversee sim cards and related processes with network providers.
- Communicate business and office needs effectively.
- Organize and file important documents.
- Perform clerical duties to support office operations.
