Job Description
Client: Salon
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Role Title: Front Desk Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients professionally.
- Manage appointments and provide salon information.
- Coordinate with staff for scheduling.
- Ensure accurate client record-keeping.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries promptly.
- Keep the front desk area organized.
- Stay informed about salon products.
- Address client concerns effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in salon management software.
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
Experience: FRONTDESK/CUSTOMER SERVICE: 3 years (Preferred)
