Job Description
The Changeroom, established in 2012, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lagos Island, Lagos.
Duties Include:
- Answering phone calls courteously.
- Handling client complaints.
- Filing documents.
- Maintaining schedules.
- Planning business travel.
- Refilling office supplies.
- Receiving deliveries.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
