We are seeking a professional Front Desk Officer to provide a welcoming reception, manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and uphold a polished front-of-house environment.

• Welcome and check in/out visitors, respond to inquiries, and direct guests appropriately.
• Manage multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, distribute mail, and perform basic administrative duties.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: high school diploma, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong multitasking ability; previous reception experience preferred.
