Service Arts and Hospitality Academy (SAHA Africa) is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact in our nail and beauty studio, you will be responsible for greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless front-desk operation to enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage appointment bookings
- Respond to phone inquiries and provide service information
