Responsibilities:
- Reception Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage mail and office security.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Handle clerical duties.
- Customer Service:
- Address queries and assist with complaints.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate appointments and support event management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong customer service attitude.
