Job Description

Philban Consulting Ltd seeks a full-time Front Desk Officer based in Ikeja or the surrounding area to deliver professional reception and guest services. The role includes welcoming and assisting visitors, managing phone and console operations, issuing visitor badges, maintaining security and cleanliness of the reception, and documenting team communications.

  • Qualifications: OND/HND, computer literate, 2–3 years’ experience as a guest service officer;
  • Responsibilities: greet visitors in person and by phone; direct guests using directories; monitor logbooks; follow security and manufacturer procedures; support team continuity;
  • Skills: strong communication and attention to detail.

Monthly salary: ₦100,00–₦120,00.
