Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual living around Yaba, Lagos or its environ for immediate hire to fill the position of Front Desk Officer in our construction and real estate company. The successful candidate will be expected to start work on the 1st of February.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
• Handle administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work during business hours
