Job Description
New Heights Pharmaceuticals seeks a full-time Front Desk Officer based in Ilupeju, Lagos. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Female candidates residing in Ilupeju, Oshodi, Gbagada, Maryland, Mushin, or nearby are encouraged to apply.
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
- Deliver professional customer service and basic administrative support
- Support daily office operations and maintain accurate records
Required skills: problem solving, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, active listening, time management, attention to detail, stress management, phone etiquette, and computer literacy.
