Job Description

Naji Realties is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Front Desk Officer to become a vital part of our hospitality team in Abuja, preferably near Utako. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with their inquiries.
  • Manage room assignments and handle check-ins/check-outs.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software.

Salary: N90,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
