Job Description

HR on Wheels seeks a professional Front Desk Officer to manage reception at our Opebi, Lagos office. As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, handle calls, emails and correspondence, maintain visitor logs, coordinate meetings and deliveries, and support customer service and administrative tasks. Candidates should have 1–2 years’ experience in cosmetics or beauty, prior front desk or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance, excellent organization, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. This full-time role offers ₦150,00 net per month and reports to the Customer Service Manager.
