Job Description
Our company, Gentsy Nig. Plc, is currently seeking a professional front desk clerk to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk.
Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget. You will also greet guests, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the front desk is neat and well-equipped.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should be presentable, friendly, and possess outstanding people skills. Multi-tasking abilities, excellent communication, and organizational skills are also crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide superb customer service
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls
- Redirect phone calls and take down messages
- Accept and distribute letters and packages
- Monitor, organize, and forward emails
- Track and order office equipment and supplies
- Maintain records and files
- Oversee the office budget
