Job Description
Excel and Grace Consulting, a leading financial and business consulting firm in Nigeria, is seeking a Front Desk Officer for their office in Lekki, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors warmly
- Answer and forward calls professionally
- File documents and maintain a tidy reception area
- Prepare and distribute letters and memos
- Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc from a reputable institution
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS/Google Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and problem-solving abilities
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 per month
