Key Responsibilities: Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, deliver high-quality assistance, ensure timely payment processing, manage reservations, and maintain detailed company records.
Qualifications: Outstanding communication abilities, adaptability, professionalism in high-pressure situations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably a degree in hotel management.
