As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a crucial role in administrative support, manage communications, organize appointments, and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and physical mail.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Accurately prepare and manage documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Oversee office supplies and warmly welcome visitors.

Qualifications: OND in any field; 0-1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
