Job Description
Voltaire Lifestyle Services Limited, the esteemed owners of GAIA AFRICA Club and Gaby Lagos, is seeking an experienced and polished Front Desk Manager. This full-time position is based in Victoria Island, Lagos, and is responsible for overseeing daily front office operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for guests and members.
The successful candidate will supervise front desk staff, manage VIP-standard check-in/check-out services, coordinate bookings, and address guest feedback. Ideal applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration, along with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a related role. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.
