Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk / HMO Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for all visitors and employees. Duties include managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
The Front Desk / HMO Officer will also be responsible for coordinating health maintenance organization (HMO) processes, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
