Job Description
One Step Ahead is seeking a Front Desk Executive to serve as the primary point of contact at our Lagos office. You will manage visitor access and logs, handle incoming calls and mail, perform basic clerical and administrative duties, maintain a professional reception area, and enforce health and security protocols.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; organized with attention to detail and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
