We are seeking a professional Front Desk Executive to welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain a polished reception area. Responsibilities include guest check-ins, basic administrative support, mail sorting, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Proficiency with standard office software; organized and punctual
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Previous reception or hospitality experience and bilingual abilities are a plus
