Job Description

Position: Front Desk/Communication Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Communications Management:

  • Develop marketing and communications materials, including blog posts and social media content.
  • Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social media channels.
  • Track analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns.
  • Ensure that all communications and marketing materials align with brand standards.
  • Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos.
  • Manage the company’s social media handles.

Business Development:

  • Promote products and suggest new services to support productivity and increase the company’s revenue.
  • Keep up to date with knowledge and trends in the industry that can positively influence the company’s revenue.
  • Create awareness online and offline for the products and services of Crystal Shine Skin Clinic.
  • Develop and implement plans to retain old, long-lost, and new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
