Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to provide courteous, efficient service at our hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out, processing reservations and payments, answering phone inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, basic computer/PMS proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; one year of hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
