HRLeverage Africa – Our client, OfficePhase, a premier office space provider located in Allen, Ikeja, is recruiting to fill the position of Front Desk Administrator.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and visitors by managing the front desk operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Greeting: Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Client Assistance: Provide information about OfficePhase services, assist clients with inquiries, and ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Manage office supplies and keep track of inventory.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments. Ensure meeting spaces are prepared and set up accordingly.
  • Mail Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages. Assist clients with courier services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed. Handle basic clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Must have 0-2 years of work experience
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude.

Remuneration: N60,00 / Month
