Job Description

Eudora & Aegle Management is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Administrative Assistant to manage front office operations and provide essential administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere while facilitating smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
  • Perform office tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
