Job Description

Front Desk/Admin

Reception: Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries.

Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and departmental support.

Documentation: Organize and manage office files and documents.

Visitor Management: Issue badges, enforce security protocols, and notify staff.

Mail Handling: Sort incoming/outgoing mail and manage courier services.

Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments and distribute information.

Database Management: Maintain contact databases and ensure data accuracy.

Problem Solving: Address administrative issues and propose process improvements.

Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Responsibilities: Assist with basic financial tasks, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.

Prepare weekly report.
