Job Description
Paradise Hotel is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our visitors.
Your responsibilities will include addressing guest inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining effective communication with various departments. You will also manage room inventories, assign guests to their accommodations, and keep an accurate record of room status for our valued patrons.
