Job Description
FRCC Construction Limited is looking for a skilled Freelance Estimator/Tender Consultant to assist with the preparation of technical and financial bid documents for various public and private construction projects throughout Nigeria. This is a remote role, ideally suited for professionals residing in Nigeria.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in crafting successful tender submissions in Nigeria.
- Competence in pricing BoQs and preparing financial bids.
- Knowledge of BPP, TETFUND, and SUBEB tendering processes.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Procurement.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
