Job Description
Kuda Bank is seeking a skilled Fraud Analyst to join the dynamic Fraud Team. Responsibilities include managing fraud queries, preventing incidents, and ensuring customer financial security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and investigate fraud cases
- Implement measures to mitigate fraud risks
- Monitor electronic transactions for suspicious activities
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement control measures
- Provide investigative findings to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of fraud analysis experience
- Excellent attention to detail and data management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies
- Proficiency in fraud detection tools and software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
