Job Description
Location: Lagos
Job Summary: As our Food Cost Controller at Delifrost, you will monitor food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate recording and pricing based on product costs.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with purchasers for optimal pricing and quality.
- Conduct menu costing and portion control.
- Perform inventory management and audits.
- Analyze sales and update prices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience as an F&B Officer.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Salary: ₦350,00 – ₦400,00 per month
