Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across the front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security. The successful candidate will lead, train, and motivate departmental teams to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures, exceptional guest service, consistent room quality and cleanliness, and timely maintenance responses. Responsibilities include managing guest feedback, resolving complaints, and handling special requests to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Required: 4–6 years’ experience in hotel operations or hospitality
• Employment: Full-time; Compensation: Up to ₦150,00 per month
