We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant and banquet operations. You will manage staffing and schedules, inventory and vendor relations, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining high food quality, service, and hygiene.

• Minimum three years of F&B management experience
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and staff training skills
• Proven event coordination, upselling, and revenue-driving ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
