Job Description
Job Title: FLOOR SUPERVISOR
Location: OLOKOWA SAGNOTEDO LAGOS, Nigeria.
Role Description
This full-time on-site role requires a Floor Supervisor to oversee operations, ensure customer satisfaction, train staff, drive sales, and coach employees.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in training and coaching employees
- Proven success in sales
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
