Job Description
Floor managers are responsible for assigning duties and tasks to nurses and support staff, ensuring that there is adequate coverage for all shifts.
Oversee staff schedules and manage staff rotations.
Ensure that all employees are adequately trained and fully qualified to perform job duties.
Monitor the inventory levels of all materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist the operations manager in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees as needed.
Maintain a positive work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦70,00.00 – ₦85,00.00 per month
