Job Description
MacTay Consulting is in search of a committed Fleet Supervisor to oversee our fleet’s daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing vehicle performance, managing drivers, and coordinating maintenance activities, all while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operations and performance of the fleet.
- Schedule and monitor maintenance to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Track and log fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
- Evaluate driver performance and provide training as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in transport operations.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
Salary: N200,00 – N300,00 / Month Net
