Job Description
Renmoney is on the lookout for a meticulous and results-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Lending Stream team. This crucial position is integral in shaping our financial strategies, enhancing profitability, and improving performance across all lending products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models that forecast revenue and profitability.
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for various loan offerings.
- Work collaboratively with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Produce comprehensive financial reports highlighting trends and critical performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience within the banking industry.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
