Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead accounting operations and strengthen financial governance. You will oversee the monthly close, prepare timely and accurate financial statements, manage budgeting and cash flow, implement and monitor internal controls, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS. The role also requires driving process improvements and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in finance with supervisory experience
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
