Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls. The role requires preparing monthly and annual financial statements, coordinating external and internal audits, implementing compliant policies, and leading a small finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance with supervisory responsibility.
- Skills: Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.
