Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to join our team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Manage cash flow and perform financial analysis.
- Monitor and review internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
