Cruxstone Development & Investment Ltd., a prominent Metropolitan Real Estate Development and Management firm, is actively seeking a Financial Controller to join our Lagos office. This full-time position entails overseeing all financial operations, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to assess financial data, develop budgets, and collaborate effectively with various departments to meet financial objectives. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in financial reporting and financial software is crucial, and experience within the real estate or hospitality sectors will be considered an advantage.
