Job Summary:
We are seeking proactive and passionate individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors/Sales Executives at Leadway Assurance. The ideal candidates will be energetic, organized, and customer-focused, with a strong drive to promote our company products and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements:
- Generating leads
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Evaluating clients’ and prospects’ needs
- Promoting company products and services
- Maintaining client records
- Minimum academic qualification of OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients
- Income: multiple recurring monthly commission
Remuneration: NGN 180,00 and above
