Job Description
Ubulu Africa, a digital innovation hub, is looking for a Finance Specialist to join their team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations such as accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Oversee financial and management accounting activities.
- Develop financial policies for compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis for strategic planning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and handle audits.
- Provide financial insights to senior management.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning.
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience as a Finance Specialist or similar role.
- CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with technology accounting is crucial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
