Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Finance Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Finance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Create financial models and develop financial reports to track KPIs and financial performance
- Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial principles and best practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
