Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Lead, Finance Operations to manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. The role includes supervising and developing the finance team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive financial discipline and process improvements.
- Requirements: BSc/HND in Accounting, Banking, or Finance; ICAN qualification; 5–8 years of finance experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Proficiency with accounting software/ERP systems, strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦200,00–₦300,00/month.
- Preferred: 4 years of relevant business experience.
