Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
- Preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Assisting with Capital raising
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Providing financial strategy and maintaining adequate cash flow and liquidity.
- Coordinating annual audit preparations.
- Investigating and resolving audit findings and account discrepancies.
- Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
- Contributing to the development of new accounting systems.
- Supporting junior staff with accounting duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- ACCA/ACA Qualification
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of tax laws and IFRS.
- Financial analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
- Ability to train and manage staff with minimal supervision.
