Job Description
Position: Finance Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the overall goals of the organization
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Manage the budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
