Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Onsite)

Job Overview:
The Finance Manager will oversee financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting and strategic planning.
- Lead treasury management and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee payroll and fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, ICAN certified, with 5 years of experience, preferably in microfinance.
