Job Description
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee and administer all financial aspects of the Minor Hotel Group’s operations. You will support the Group Director of Finance to maximize revenue and performance of the hotel. Responsibilities include reviewing capital expenditure requests, tracking performance against the annual operating budget, and producing timely and accurate financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or higher
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a related work field
- Experience in accounting or finance & accounting in the hotel business is preferable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze financial data, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good Command of English
