Job Description
Goldmac Consulting Limited is seeking a talented Finance Liaison Officer to evaluate production costs, inventory, and expenditures, delivering precise financial information to management. This position collaborates with Senior Finance Liaison Officers in overseeing budget execution, monitoring financial activities, and facilitating year-end account closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Quotations and Invoices
- Oversee GIT insurance bookings and reconciliations
- Create Purchase Orders
- Engage with clients and assist in payroll preparation
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Prepare tax payments and financial reports
Qualifications:
- HND/BSc in Accountancy or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years in a comparable position, preferably within Supply Chain/Logistics
- Proficient in at least one accounting software/ERP
