Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Finance Associate. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Reviewing and reconciling financial statements and transactions
- Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Supporting the coordination of audits and tax filings
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to improve financial performance
- Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
