Job Description
The Norwegian Refugee Council seeks a Finance and Grants Coordinator to strengthen financial stewardship and grants administration for the Nigeria INGO Forum (NIF) Secretariat. The Coordinator will ensure robust financial management, donor compliance, and timely grants reporting.
- Manage budgets, monitor cash flow, and prepare donor financial reports.
- Oversee grants compliance, maintain accurate financial documentation, and reinforce internal controls.
- Collaborate with program and operations teams to align financial processes with strategic priorities and support proposal development.
- Provide analytical oversight to inform decision-making and support donor engagement.
Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven experience with donor regulations are required.
